How a woman and mother feels about herself and the soul work she does (or lack thereof) directly affects her family and how she shows up in her home, her community, and the world. 

I truly believe one woman can affect generations. Negatively or positively. The lie that a mother needs to sacrifice herself and her dreams for the benefit of her children is proven false. I give women full permission and tools to honor her role as mother and pursue the fire in her heart.
